End Of Project: 17th May 2025

This was my Game Development Project Artifact which is consisted of two modules worth of work. My project was based on the problem that controller usage has become too ‘safe’ and every modern gamepad is the same.

To combat this issue, I decided to make a platform fighter where each fighter is controlled by a different controller type.

I designed and implemented each character to be complimented by the controller used to pilot them.

From this project, I came out with a completed prototype, a design document, and an artifact development report.

I am a Computer Games Design graduate who studied at the University of Staffordshire. Mechanics and Technical Design are my favourite aspects of game design but I am able to do any general design work. I enjoy working in a team to refine and condense ideas to help make a better product.
